Ms. Alderman is a Project Hydrologist and Project Manager with Paragon Consulting Group. She has been with Paragon since 2000.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in hydrology, Ms. Alderman has also previously worked as an environmental database manager and as a research assistant at the Minnesota Geological Survey and Colorado State University.

Ms. Alderman specializes in environmental due diligence and environmental compliance. She has performed hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on transactions of companies and properties.

Ms. Alderman’s particular areas of expertise in environmental compliance include storage tanks, stormwater, hazardous waste, biomedical and biohazardous waste, spill plans, and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
