Paragon places great emphasis on high quality personnel. Our professional staff includes civil and environmental engineers, land-use planners, geologists, hydrologists, and highly trained environmental technicians.

Both as individuals and as a group, we maintain high professional competency. Staff are certified and/or registered in their areas of expertise and regularly participate in professional and technical training. As leaders in their fields, many of our staff teach seminars and short courses.

Paragon staff members have been involved in shaping legislation and regulations that affect our clients, often at the request of industry groups or regulatory agencies. We have developed excellent working relationships with many federal, state and local government agencies as a result of our environmental engineering, land-use planning, water-resources and geohydrological work across the United States.
